Summer Zucchini Pasta Salad

1 box of Pasta
1 yellow and green zucchini cut into quarters
Fresh Herbs: spicy 

oregano, rosemary, and basil
Grapeseed oil
1 clove of garlic chopped
Asiago cheese with rosemary and olive oil (from Trader Joe’s)
 
Cook pasta according to box.  Saute zucchini, garlic and fresh herbs in oil for about 3 min.
Drain Pasta and toss in zucchini, garlic and herbs then top with shaved Asiago cheese.
